Per PFT: KC has re-signed Bowe.

I was intrigued by the prospect of making a run at him because I, like Buddy, really want a big, physical receiver who is "open even when he's covered". But I was also terrified about how motivated he will be after a big payday. It's probably good for us that he didn't hit free agency.

Well Alex Smith just breathed a massive sigh of relief.

Before Smith was traded for I really saw Bowe not re-signing. The second they were confirmed to be getting Smith I knew Bowe was top priority.

wow KC decided to get new players and then keep their performing players to try and make the team better. Seems so crazy and outlandish. I'm sure happy the bills keep showing the world that cutting players, creating holes that don't need to exist and then getting one name player is the way to succeed.

Those 2009 Superbowl Winning Buffalo bill team was a result of Terrell Owens. Thanks Russ.

Chris Brown‏<S>@</S>ChrisBrownBills Bowe was never option for <S>#</S>Bills (http://www.billszone.com/search?q=%23Bills&src=hash). Stevie paid like #1 last yr, can't afford to invest more in FA WR this yr. Got to look at middle market.

Didn't expect the team to make a run at him anyway.
