    "Culture Change"

    36211820.jpg

Has anyone seen this so called "culture change?" There's no rumors, no big player visits, no nothing...this Free Agency has sucked so far.

No one wants to play for a losing team with a rookie first time HC and no QB.

Culture change in Buffalo means new panit and a fancy new locker room to lure Free agents. Helps if there is a huge 25k carpeted logo as well.

I've said it at least twice on here but it bears repeating:

There will be no culture change as long as Ralph is the owner and Russ Brandon is running the team. Ralph may be out of day to day operations, but Brandon is his Waylon Smithers and runs the organization the exact same way Ralph would. Guys like Brandon and Overdorf need to be GONE before there is culture change, and that isn't happening as long as Ralph is owner.

Culture change will only happen with ownership change.

                  The Browns have a QB?

So there's never been a new Head Coach with an open QB competition to ever have been able to sign free agents?

I'm starting to agree with you. Still, the Bills used to at least make it SEEM like they were trying to make the team better. This year has been crap, it's like they're not even trying.

I was stoked about our direction until free agency...then, nothing. Very disappointing.

Maybe they will add a new stripe or two in the uniforms to get people to buy more jerseys.

So have the Fins. Yeah I know the HC & QB have a year of experience.

Weeden, talk about a wasted draft pick.

If this were true then Russ would have hired a HC that no one wanted.
