Sabres @ Caps GDT 3/17

I thought about going to this one because it's a 7 pm game on St Pat's Day. Sabres fans usually hang out at an Irish pub a block from the arena and get hammered before the game, and that's for a regular weeknight game. This is gonna be an epic cluster**** in the stands.

Maybe the Caps team will get completely hammered this afternoon celebrating St Patty's Day, and the Sabres will at least have a chance to get to OT or a shootout again.

Caps have actually been playing poorly. But, as we all know, the cure for that is playing the Sabres.

The announcers after the first period ripped Buffalo, I mean ripped. They basically said you couldn't come out any slower, no we're getting killed 4-1. We are probably the worst team in the league right now, tear it apart & toss Darcy out.

then the Defense decides to Stop Playing

1-1 on hodgson's goal.

Then Poms stops skating and tries to stick check everyone on the PK

Then Off the Bench everyone is standing around as Caps players coming in full speed.

3-1

Then Defense goes to ****, miller ends up 2 feet in front of the crease floundering, Erhoff is in net instead of anyone clearing the the damn puck

I turned it off after 4-1.

I just can't take this anymore.

I'll watch the games if I'm home and not doing anything but no more busting my ass to be home when the games are on or recording them and staying up all night to watch them. It's just not worth it. Center Ice was only $60 this year, but right now it's looking like the worst $60 I ever spent. I should have just thrown out the window as I was driving. At least then, maybe a homeless guy would have found it and spent it on enough booze to enjoy himself for a couple days.
