Imagine what we would have of it weren't for Fool's Gold.

Yeah, I commented on the Fins before. They did not spend any money last year so they had money to carry over. They signed players as a short term fix to try to get legislation passed to improve their Stadium.

Next year they will have to pay the piper & will have to resign players they signed to one year contracts or lose them & 43% of their cap next year will be on players they signed this year, so they will lose players that were on the team already.

It would be nice to bring in three quality guys before the draft with half the space we have and save the rest for rookies and injuries throughout the year.

Why before the draft? I expect the Bills to sign some FAs to fill holes after the draft.

I'd like to have a shorter list of pressing needs going into the draft so we can have a little more flexibility in who we take at each pick, but you could take either approach I suppose. Combined, we need at least 4-5 more starters between the two.

You don't draft need every round. Best available comes into play... (Spiller) Now with that being the case , I would plug holes after the draft since that would show the exact holes needed to be filled or patched for a year.

I don't believe that $16.8M number includes the $7M cap credit we'll receive on June 1st for Fitz.
