All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Pegula's three year plan to win Stanley Cup out the window
Pegula's three year plan to win Stanley Cup out the window
BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) - Buffalo Sabres owner
Terry Pegula's objective to build a Stanley Cup contender remains the same. It's
his three-year timeline that's proving unrealistic.
Re: Pegula's three year plan to win Stanley Cup out the window
You could see Sabres officials trying to save him from himself when making one mistake after another. Kept calling Jeremy Jacobs " Jerry" and asked when is the last time the Patriots won the Stanley Cup ?
Oh well, he's doing something great with that new building and is obviously a positive. He's just getting bad advisement when being told how great Reiger is and he'll probably seek more knowledge this off-season to help improve this team. Handing out massive contracts to players not worthy of them would be a start.
Anonymity is an abused privilege, abused most by people who mistake vitriol for wisdom and cynicism for wit
I only believe that every win will now lead us to our 2-3 point shortfall of the playoffs, I'd expect no less now. Maybe our owner can spend the money to eliminate the current hinderence in our success.

I would think the GM would be the one handing out the terrible contracts and not a first time owner.
