Evgeni Malkin is a pretty tough guy. Example A: He bounced back from a torn ACL to win the Hart Trophy. So, we'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume the sunburn that apparently forced him to miss the Penguins' game against the Florida Panthers is pretty bad. Pittsburgh played against the Tampa Bay Lightning earlier this week before heading to the Miami area, so you can do the math.
