    EJ Manuel - Anyone Notice?

    At the luncheon, the staff didn't seem too high on him.

    Lots of complements for Nassib and Barkley, and excuses for why they didn't show well at times. But when asked about Manuel, they seemed surprised that he's rising in mock drafts. To paraphrase, they liked his size and athleticism -- but they were not impressed with his throwing ability.

    Buddy also emphasized matching player with system. I wonder if EJ just doesn't fit.

    That's the impression I got.

    EJ is the perfect QB on paper but I'm not sure Nix sees his game translating well to the NFL or the Bills' new style of offense.

          You should build the offense around the QB, not the other way around. If they think EJ is franchise material but don't want him because of their system, then they are being foolish.

                        What the hell is wrong with these guys at OBD??? Saying Manuel doesn't fit their
                        sysstem. Then change the system or are they incapable of that?E.J. will be a very

                        good NFL QB and if not for us for some other team. I'm just about done with Nix and his Nassib

                        butt kissin stance. The Bills have been ruining my life at home and at work with their BS.

                        I'm just about done with this and switching to my now home town Falcons. At least Dimitroff knows how
                        to run a team and the owner Arthur Blank is no cheap ass like Ralph Wilson.

                            The bills have never said anything negative and drafted the guy that is correct.

                            However, last year Nix did say he did not think Glenn was a tackle and then right after he drafted the guy proclaimed he was LT of the future and that he purposely said he was guard to confuse other teams.
