it means the sabres will still fall short of the playoffs and that they won't be able to get an immediate impact player with their 20,000 picks this summer.
also it proves that when the average joe was asking to break up the core 3 years ago (!!!!), darcy said he was smarter than us. then he gets rid of the goose and poms and all of a sudden AHL players are mildly competent with a different coach. GASP, who saw that coming?
