Your Draft Day Food menu?

I'm preparing pulled pork in a crock pot. Cooking the meat in root beer (read a recipe on-line a while back - pretty good), then the usual drain, pull, and slopping in this or that BBQ sauce and spices.

This is a variation from my usual Bills draft menu - squirt cheese on potatoe chips. :eb:

Nabbed two bucks this year so, I have enough Venison in my freezer to last till a good chunk into next season.

Soooo good too, mix some cheese and a teeny bit of shredded bacon into the ground meat. Gonna be perfect with some nice Scotch and a Belgian brew.

Figured I'd go all out.

Throwing a draft party. I made 2 pots of "Champs's Chili" (I was the league champ and rub it in any time I get). Additions others are making: pulled pork, pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, cheese dip, an assortment of chips, some kind of desert. BYOB I'll be drinking Shock Top Apple Wheat.

Can't wait to get out of work and start the party!

In theme with the Bills incest with WNY, I am cooking only with ingredients from Western New York that are orange.

Duck Orange (even if I have to use a downtown Buffalo pigeon) made into a Garbage Plate (aka Buddy's roster after 3+ years).
