This is obvious some moves will be made due to their amount of draft picks but this team is so stacked that none of their drafted players from last year could crack the starting lineup. With this roster and having 13 draft picks there isn't a chance they will come close to using most of them since probably half of them wouldn't even make their roster.
If there is a player they really like that could help them now then they will definitely be packaging some draft picks to move up and get him. Beyond that get ready to see a duplicate of the Patriots strategy over the years and see them trading a couple of their mid-round picks this year for a higher draft pick next year.
This team is so stacked there just isn't room on their roster and they will be either looking for impact players that will help them now or try and push some of their draft picks into next years draft. If you want somebody in the 3rd or 4th round then they won't have any problem with trading you that pick for a 2nd or 3rd next year.
Players I could see them targeting is maybe another offensive weapon like Austin, Eifert or another WR to pair up with Crabtree, Davis and Boldin. Boldin isn't a long-term answer because of his age and somebody like Austin would fit well for them in the slot and as a return specialist. Somebody like Eifert they could also use to compliment Davis or maybe replace him in the future. They will need salary cap savings when it comes time to keep their big name players like Kaepernick and others. Davis could be too rich for their blood in a year or two.
Other possible targets could be somebody like Milliner or Vacarro depending on if they fall or not or a younger and cheaper option for Whitner. They could use a replacement for Gholdson and even though they picked up Asomugha they could still use more help and a younger long term answer at CB.
