Rumor is ATL and SF want to get up to the middle of the first round for a CB. We could still get a QB at 30 or 31.

YES!!!!

The Bills roster is devoid of talent in so many places. There are improvements to be made in the second, third, fourth, etc. rounds and it would really be great to get ATL and SF into a bidding war since they are rivals in the NFC.

Probably the same deal the Cowboys got. Pick 31 and 74. Would it have been worth it? Good chance EJ would have still been there but apparently they didn't consider it worth the risk.
