I didn't see a topic on this, but it looks like the Bills jersey Manuel was holding up onstage had a redesigned collar.

Look at about 1:45 when Manuel and Goodell turn their backs on the audience and you can see the white contues all the way around the front, rather than that horrible white/blue thing CJ is wearing in the BZ banner up top. ^^^^
