There’s a respectable amount of talent among Buffalo 16 undrafted rookies (http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-2/Bills-agree-to-terms-with-16-undrafteds-cut-four/a7b86e14-07bb-439a-bb1b-04404852fbcd)that agreed to terms earlier this week. So much in fact that NFL.com’s Gil Brandt has the Bills right at the top of the league in terms of their undrafted free agent haul.
Brandt ranked Buffalo second in the league behind only Jacksonville. Here was his assessment of their undrafted free agent crop (http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000165827/article/matt-scott-darick-rogers-head-undrafted-freeagent-signings).

1) Jacksonville Jaguars
Key signees: Matt Scott (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2013/profiles/matt-scott?id=2539647), QB, Arizona; Paul Hazel, OLB, Western Michigan; T.J. Barnes (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2013/profiles/t.j.-barnes?id=2540276), DL, Georgia Tech.
The Jaguars (http://www.billszone.com/teams/jacksonvillejaguars/profile?team=JAC) did a great job here. I especially like the Scott signing. I think he's someone who can operate the spread or the Pistol offense. He has a very, very strong arm. Hazel has outstanding measurables and played both football and basketball at Western Michigan. Barnes weighed more than 350 pounds at the NFL Scouting Combine (http://www.nfl.com/combine) and still ran a 5.3-second 40-yard dash.
2) Buffalo Bills
Key signees: Brandon Kaufman (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2013/profiles/brandon-kaufman?id=2540191), WR, Eastern Washington; Jeff Tuel (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2013/profiles/jeff-tuel?id=2541196), QB, Washington State; Da'Rick Rogers (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2013/profiles/darick-rogers?id=2540179), WR, Tennessee Tech; Keith Pough (http://www.nfl.com/draft/2013/profiles/keith-pough?id=2539643), LB, Howard.
The Bills (http://www.billszone.com/teams/buffalobills/profile?team=BUF) were looking for receivers, and that's what they got; Kaufman is a good possession type of guy, while Rogers has great speed. Tuel, who has the measurables and arm strength you want in a quarterback, was stuck on a very poor team in college. Pough looked good in workouts and at the combine.

Gil Brandt also has the Dolphins @ #5 and Patriots @ #10. Seems like an organization has to be very organized and focused to get their guys during the free-for-all that happens after the draft. The Bills seem to do pretty well at it.
