How does this compare to other franchises? It is definitely exciting to know that we are sold out months in advance! I, apparently am not the only one excited as hell for this up and coming season!

this sounds weird but im not so sure people are excited about us winning tons of games as the product will be more competitive and exciting with ej manuel. there is a certain swagger and confidence you sense with ej that is paramount in having success. its the exact opposite with trent, fitz. when those two made a int, you felt the the collapse coming, but with ej I would just say **** em, we will score next series.

put it this way, if fitz or kolb start vs the pats, im thinking oh ****. with ej, im like, " lets bring them on"

No big surprise here. Wake me up when all 7 home games are sold out. We shouldn't have a problem selling out the first 5 since most of them are early in the season. If we don't at least sell out that many games then it will be a total failure.

I don't see this team beating the Pats, the first game will be the usual tantalizingly close one that if we only did a couple things differently we'd win, but the truth would be that we were overmatched kinda like my Shox were against Louisville. It will be a close game, but in the end the Pats will win. However, I think 2-14 is way too low an expectation. I think we have the same amount of talent --perhaps more -- than last year and coaching that will hopefully better utilize said talent. I think between 4 and 8 wins should be expected.

On a side note, dareus and Mario need to play at an elite level. they need to be " special"

I am happy to say that I will be there as well. I won't be on this board crying about all the things going wrong in the game with the rest of realist.

I don't think it's just Manuel that has people excited, this franchise definitely has a whole new look to it and hopefully is headed in a whole new direction. Gone is the old guard trying to recapture the 90's, now it's young thinkers with new ideas.

I think it means that fans are buying in to the notion that the Bills are actually trying to build a winning team/tradition, and that there is a semblance of competence in the running of the organization. If fans were really convinced that the Bills are completely hopeless; that they are either incapable of building a winninng organization or really didn't care as long as they turn a profit, then Bills fans would turn on them and even early season games would fail to sell out.

Hopefully this year most Bills fans decide to go to the game instead of selling them to Pats fans, and making it look like a Pats home game. It's pathetic.

It's the home and season opener so what is there to get excited about with that game? That game will always sell out right off the bat along with the next few early season games. It's the ones in the 2nd half of the season which doesn't. We only have about one game in Buffalo the 2nd half of the season so if we don't sell out at least 5 games then it will be a failure.

The Chiefs on November 3rd and the Dolphins on December 22nd will be the real test.

The rest should be sell outs.

Sadly, the several thousand Patriots fans who have bought tixs and will be driving down I90 to the game have played a large part in making this possible.

the scoreboard endzone will be all drunken boston fans. "i've been a fan of this team forever....at least since 2000."

Oooo, one year of fandom before the first cheated superbowl. amazing! is there anything more annoying than pats fans who think they have been football fans forever. i can't wait til the brady/belichick years are over and we see how much of a football town boston really is.

Coming in from Atlanta, on a good streak. Bills have won the last 4 home games I have went to, beat Seattle in 2008, Tampa Bay in 2009, did not go to a game in 2010, beat New England in 2011, and beat Kansas City last year, 2012!

Well, only 1 was a quality win, hope they can upset New England again!!
