He's an older player, was already 25 by the time he went into the draft.

Had a big year in 2010 going over 1,200 yards and was first team all conference. He was a hell of a playmaker coming out of HS but took some time to find the field and then suffered a horrific knee injury that caused him to miss two seasons. He came back in 2009 and 2010 to have big years though. Ran a 4.41 at his pro day.
