http://prohockeytalk.nbcsports.com/2013/05/30/report-canadiens-wont-re-sign-michael-ryder/ As he's a proven NHL goal scorer and even has put up quite few 30 plus goal seasons. Yes, he's 33 but hell we pushed hard for Doan last off season who was/is older but Ryder knows the division and didn't get a big contract the last time he was an UFA so he might not be a money hungry guy and heck maybe Ott can sway him to sign here. What say you?

I liked Ryder, but he's streaky. He actually may be in the Bruins plans since signing Horton is going to prove to be pretty tough.

"Streaky" guys are worth at least $4.5 million a year in Buffalo

Horton is as streaky as it gets, lucky for him he shows up in the playoffs, he's going to make a killing in the FA market.
