ALLEN PARK -- The Lions -- and most of the NFL -- are on the calendar in contract negotiations with draft choices.
The Lions made their first breakthrough with this year's draft choices Thursday by signing defensive back Terrence Holt, a fifth-round draft choice from North Carolina.
But like the rest of the NFL -- with one exception -- the Lions' top picks remain unsigned, and the logjam in bargaining likely won't begin to break until the reporting dates are imminent for the start of training camp....
