Flowery Branch -- As the Falcons finished their two-day mandatory minicamp Friday, closing shop until players report July 24 for training camp, Todd McClure and Roberto Garza each spent time working with the No. 1 offensive line.
Theirs will be one of the most interesting competitions in training camp. Offensive line coach Rennie Simmons said McClure, who started all 16 games last season and 31 of the past 32, will be No. 1 on the depth chart when camp opens.
But Garza, a third-year pro who was listed as the starting center on the team's Web site for much of the spring (a list put together when McClure was an unrestricted free agent), has shown promise, mostly at right guard, where Kynan Forney is the incumbent starter...
