When offensive tackle Ryan Tucker signed with the Browns prior to the 2002 season, he felt the Browns were a team on the rise. A year later, he feels even more so the Browns are ready to challenge for a championship.
“I see us turning the corner,” Tucker said. “We were close last year, but there’s no more excuses now. If we can clean up the penalties that cost us some games last year and eliminate some of those mistakes, I think we can win more games than we did last year.”
Tucker, who turned 28 on June 12, is listed at 325 pounds this year--up 20 pounds from last year’s weight of 305. ...
