You don't think Waffle House causes the sharts?

How about a Nick Tahou's and the Garbage Plates.

Or is that too euphemistic?

I heard that Ralph figured out how to make money at the Ralph even after he dies.

Apparently in his will he has asked to be buried naked face down 6 inches deep so that his ass can be used for bike stand rentals.

Garbage plates aren't big in Buffalo.

Never had one and don't even know a place that has these in Buffalo.

If they are going local flavor see below:

Ted's hot dogs
Mighty
Jim's Steakout
Tim Hortons actual Tim's not the watered down crap they pawn off at the stands.
Anchor Bar/Duff's

I don't think they can sell wings at the games due to the possibilities of throwing the bones on the field and/or the mess of cleaning them up from the stands after the game.

Outside of Rochester, they can't get a garbage plate right. Other than that, Rochester has very few redeeming values.

If you're in Buffalo, you need a Golabki booth, maybe with pierogies, kapusta, and Hunter's stew.

Welcome to Rochester -- Garbage Plates are our only redeeming value.

Catchy.

I have one for Buffalo and Erie County -- Unlike Detroit We Pay Our Bills.

Or..."Welcome to Rochester! Sorry!"

Or... "Welcome to Rochester. Stay for the Garbage Plate. Leave because of everything else."

I'm a foodie but that was the worst food I ever ate..

I'm pretty sure foodies aren't their target market.

It also helps to be drunk and 19. (I went to RIT and worked at bars/clubs while there).

A roast beef on weck too...

For this, I nominate Anderson's. That way you also get Frozen Custard, which should be in on its own.

Well, that could very well be. My college days were a few decades ago. From what I understand, it's not even in the same place anymore.

I went to ST. J-Fish for my God son's graduation a few weeks ago and was happy to see that Jay's Diner is still thriving. I was a bouncer at the Club 747, right across the street. Having a 24 hour diner 100 yards away was a Godsend.
