CBSSports.com's Game Tracker is useful to keep track of games, if you can't watch. I've used it for BUF games for years.
Click on Scores. At kickoff time, the words Game Tracker appears. Click on that.
You get play-by-play more or less live (choose between scoring plays and play below the field image). You can check on game stats, or complete play-by-play. Also, you can do same for other games of interest. One useful aspect of Game Tracker is that you detect play-calling trends.
NFL.com has the same feature, but it's not nearly as good as the CBS one.
