Will the Bills game be televised locally on Friday?

I was just wondering whether or not I have some Bills football to watch Friday evening.

I don't know for sure, but I'd say chances are good. It's Kid's Day, and tickets tend to sell well-enough on kids day to lift the blackout.

Odd... usually if it is close (and the broadcast Sunday at least led people to believe it is close) they will extend the deadline a couple of days.

For a pre-season game where the threat of a black out will not cause more fans to attend a game, I never understood why the local NFL owner would not simply buy up the unsold pre-season game tickets hoping that the TV broadcast would create momentum going into the regular season and thus increase regular season gate results.

Seems like a pretty ****ty way to start a season by not broadcasting a pre-season game.

Well at least I have a CHANCE at seeing this one - since the Vikings are one of the local "favs". (Instead of getting to see the first game - I got a replay of the GB game. :( )
