clements will be better when it's all said and done

I think right now it is pretty close although I would still give the nod to Nate The Great, but I think he will only get better. I think he possess the size and speed to become one of the best CBs of his generation with Woodson and Bailey. He just needs to improve his cover skills IMO. What do you all think?

Right now-Winfield.

End of this season-Clements.

I'll give the edge to Clements. I love how they both hit though. I wouldn't want to lose either one!

Right now it is Winfield. In my opinion he is the best run support corner in the league.

Winfield has always impressed me, but Clements was starting to show some spark.

Double threat.

My guy is Winfield.....will always be...

But it wouldnt hurt my feelings if Clements took exception to that and had a stellar year...

Here is another good question....does anybody else think this is the BEST cornerback tandem we have EVER had?

Agree John, can't remember when we've had a better CB combo. For years whenever an opposing QB would wind up to go downfield I'd cringe, knowing with our sub-par CB's at the time the QB would likely make a completion. This year I think we actually have a chance to shut a team's passing game down!

jeffthebillsfan you said it all already. both are good, but clements is bigger and has a good chance at being among the best for the next decade. i would also throw in mccalister from baltimore.

If you're talking about league wide for the next decade you gotta think about Champ Bailey.

I already said Champ angneli. IMO he is the best cover corner in all of football. If Spurrier lets him return punts look out.

Have to agree with many here, Winfield has the edge pre-season, Clements will be ahead post-season. I loved Clement's play last year and think he'll only get better this year.
