The local Bills backers bar in Baltimore is showing it somehow- it's not on local TV. I'm just going to be cheap and wait until Sunday though- the parking situation near the bar sucks, especially on Friday evenings.

I'm almost positive it will still be blacked out in the Buffalo area, just as the Sunday ticket is for blacked out games.
