    Marquise Goodwin

Why did we draft him again when capable WR were still on the board in the 3rd round. Wheaton fell into their laps, an accomplished receiver, and they took a special teams guy with quicks instead. Second straight year to boot.

Another one dimensional player that can't beat tight press man coverage and is far from being a polished route runner. Today they set him up on a wheel play and the DB just squeezed him into the boundary giving him no space.

More than willing to eat crow down the road, but I don't see it with him. Yeah, he caught rave reviews in camp for beating an atrocious secondary over the top repeatedly. As a receiver he hasn't done much of anything.

Special teams guy only right now, long road for him.

It's still too early to tell with Goodwin and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for right now. There has to be a reason why he didn't catch many passes in college though.

I get what you're saying with Graham though. It sure would've been nice to have TY Hilton right now. He sure looked good last year as a rookie.

I didn't like the pick of Goodwin for the sole sake that we had already taken Woods and TJ Graham was on the roster. I agree drafting him was a bit of a luxury pick but who knows he might turn into something but based on the Bills recent track record, pun intended, I doubt it.

I haven't seen him targeted much yet. He made a nice grab on a poor throw tonight.

I like Goodwin. I loved Wheaton. I am not as big on Woods as others though.

WR's take time to develop. If he replaces B.Smith on the roster and returns kicks, it was a good pick.

Jesus, I hope not. I want EJ to be smart enough to realize he has running backs on the roster also, and would like to see him playing in Super Bowls not just spending his entire career trying to get back to one after an early fluke.

I'm excited about the guy, but there were two bombs yesterday just out his reach that he should've laid out on. Not a ton of effort on either one.

                          Really?

Wheaton was such a stud we messed up by taking Goodwin?

Umm... You do realize Goodwin is averaging 59 yards per return with a TD right? It's on only 3 plays but can we really say a guy who's looking that good as a returner is a wasted pick? Field position can win and lose games. Woods was the WR we needed. A starting high caliber returning prospect is a bonus.

If you wanted a guy who isn't as good a returner but better as a WR we have those already. Easley, probably Woods, even Graham.

No WR was getting targeted last night because an undrafted free agent with an inflated rep couldn't throw the ball at all.

Jerry Rice in his prime would have looked bad last night. Goodwin reportedly has looked very good in camp catching the ball.
