brad smith was a goner from the start. he accepted the pay cut for the chance to make the team as a wr but he couldnt do it. early on i thought he had a good chance but as the games went on it appeared he didnt have the confidence of the qbs for some reason. he was playing later and later in games too, which isnt a good sign. theyll do one of those buy him out settlements so he can come back and play for somebody else deals

Dorin Dickerson being cut doesn't surprise me, I think he was the previous regime's project. The Bills have better options at tight end, anyways. Bryan Scott being cut is disappointing because he has a ton of experience and leadership ability. However, he never really had top notch athleticism.
