Is he a WR2 this year, I got him in all my leagues which means I am overly optimistic or people are just forgetting about him. He's SEA's only healthy receiver.

Right now I see him as a WR3 but with the chance to fall to a WR4. As he might be Wilson's favorite target early on but if Percy does return healthy then Tate's numbers will take a hit. Plus one has to think Sidney Rice being healthy might hurt Tate's numbers this year.

Does he still get INTs counted as touchdowns? Because that increases his value dramatically.
