They only cut him because keeping him would have guaranteed his salary. They're supposedly set to pick up the unguaranteed Quinn on Monday.

I'm not sure being a Jets QB doesn't mean you haven't flamed out anyway though.

12/2/12, KC beats Carolina 27-21 as Quinn goes 19-23 for 201 yards with 2 td's no int's and a 132.1 QB rating. 10.4 YPA and ran for 12 yards as frosting on the cake. Oh he was on fire for a couple hours.

We need a vet that has proven he can't play at this level on the roster. It is insane to go into a season without a player that has proven he isn't capable at the QB position. We should at least bring him in for a look, and if he still proves he doesn't have it, I think we should sign him.

12/2/12, KC beats Carolina 27-21 as Quinn goes 19-23 for 201 yards with 2 td's no int's and a 132.1 QB rating. 10.4 YPA and ran for 12 yards as frosting on the cake. Oh he was on fire for a couple hours.

He did kick ass in that game for his 15 minutes.

He finished the season with a rating of 60 in his 8 starts that year.

He just had the look of the QB but none of the substance. When I watched him with the Chiefs...I used to think...this is a guy that asks for a mirror when he goes to the sidelines instead of the fax-photos of the previous play.

That's saying a lot since there's quite a few putrid names on that list.

God that is a great song. The one gem on an otherwise bizarre album.
