It's the fact that 99% of the passing game this offense employs is stuff 5 yards and less.
All teams need to do is crowd the line and underneath and our offense would be completely neutered.
It's bland, boring, uninspiring and doesn't win football games.Comment

Now granted, if Stevie "butterfinger" Johnson can catch a flipping 5 yd out we might not be holding the conversation, but it all goes back to Marrone's decision to run the no-huddle late in the game.......with the lead.Comment

Nothing runs out the clock like scoring a TD. Saying they should have ran the clock down is saying they should have sat around waiting for NE to win. They tried to win in the fashion the offense is designed. They need to be more effective with the offense and stop the penalties. But changing the offense late in the game is not the answer to winning 10+ games in a season.Comment
