The Buffalo Bills today announced that the team signed CB Johnny Adams to the team’s 53-man roster and released DT Jay Ross in a corresponding move. In accordance with team policy, terms of Adams' were not disclosed.

Adams joined Buffalo’s Practice Squad on September 2nd. The 5-11, 177-pound Michigan State product entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent following the 2013 NFL Draft with the Houston Texans and spent time with the Texans and Indianapolis Colts at training camp before being released on August 26th.
