It'd be nice if McKelvin and Byrd could play, but I don't feel so hopeful for either of them being able to play. The safeties are going to have to give Rogers some help. Last week, Geno Smith was 6 of 8 for over 200 yards throwing against Rogers, while he was 10 of 21 for 71 yards on his other throws.
Hackett needs to find a way to get Spiller the ball in space. According to ESPN stats Spiller has had only 3 runs to the outside this season for 2 yards, last season he averaged over 7 yards on runs to the right outside. Spiller's lowest average runs are to the left side behind Colin Brown (no surprise), hopefully Legursky can change that. Spiller is averaging over 5 yards running to the right.
If EJ Manuel starts to have problems, they have to slow down the pace and give him some time at the line to compose himself and read the defense, instead of worrying about getting the ball snapped as fast as he can.
Ray Rice has not been able to get going this season and may not even play today, if he does play, the Bills can not let him get untracked and kill them with the run, they've allowed an average of over 150 yards per game, that has to stop if they want to win.

Along with McKelvin and Legursky, who I was hoping would be able to replace Colin Brown.

3rd down and long is killing the Bills on offense and defense. The offense on 3rd and 7 yards or more the Bills are 0 for 17, 6 yards or less they are better than 50%. On defense the Bills is giving up 52% of 3rd and 7 yards or more, while with 6-4 yards they are only giving up 18%. It seems that on defense they are sitting back on 3rd longs, instead of putting pressure on the QB, that needs to change.
