Give Rogers credit for a nice bounce back this week. He's not perfect but he looked serviceable today.
Williams wasn't fit to be on the roster as a corner last year, the last two games his versatility has kept this team in games, his effort today was incredible, as someone said already, he saved us 10 points today.
Searcy has had to step in to a starting role, and Jim Leonard has us sayin Byrd who?

imagine if we were at full strength? Imagine the payday Byrd could rack up playing for this team?

This was a good day for our DBs, even Searcy did a good job mostly.

If we were full strength with McKelvin Gilmour and Byrd, we could've had 3 pick-6s today.

This team has heart, after a terrible last week we bounced back nicely.

Definitely give credit to Rogers. He still got beat but not near as bad as I was expecting. A game like last week could have ruined him and he didn't let it.

I agree. Major props. Even though Rogers gave up both TDs. Searcy, Williams and Leonard played great. Once Mckelvin and Gilmour come back I really like this group. Don't give a crap about Byrd. He is dead in my book.

The DB's have been helped out by the coverage our LB's have provided on their drops. The back 7 or 8 (depending the DL formation) has been very good.

Shame on Jarius Byrd for not being part of this.

I'm sure he cashed his $400,000 check this week!!!

Donnie Henderson is doing some good coaching with a shorthanded unit.

Rogers wasn't terrible but he was still bad today. A 3rd year player should at least be serviceable.......Rogers is a special teamer at best.

I agree, props to the secondary, but BIGGER props to Pettine for the game plan he drew up today & to Henderson who Coached the DBs up.

I think Pettine has proven he learned well from Rex.
