It will be difficult to lock him up because I think he'll be interested (and draw interest) in being a Head Coach very soon.

I agree. Our best hope is that somebody like Donnie Henderson learns the defense well enough before Pettine leaves to take over as DC without much drop off.

I think we've seen enough to say that Pettine is a very good coach.

I thought we learned our lesson about handing out big deals after one good month.
