Make sure you have VLC player 2.1.0
Go to http://pastebin.com/1yyfqbmV
Copy the text then paste into notepad
Save as->change file type to all types
Name hockey.luac and save into the VLC lua/sd folder
Open VLC go to view menu and open Playlist
Last one on the left should be Internet, expand that and there should now be a /R/Hockey stream list
Been using it to watch Sabres games so far and all have been amazing quality.
