Bills still need a backup QB if Tuel gets hammered and knocked out of the game.

They have to sign somebody, can't go into the game with one healthy QB on the roster.

I get it. We are working out Pat White to see what the bottom of the barrel looks like. Then, when we bring in a real candidate we can say "at least he's not Pat White."

They have to sign somebody, can't go into the game with one healthy QB on the roster.

Why not just bring Thad Lewis over from the practice squad then? That's actually a better option than Pat White, who hasn't made an NFL roster since his rookie year, which was 2009. He's been out of the NFL for over 3-and-a-half years, apart from a couple of looks the Redskins gave in in the preseason.

The guy is Horrible. He even got cut from an American Football League team after a couple of months.

Pat White? No freakin' way. I guess they are also looking at Dennis Dixon, which is also dumb. At least Thad Lewis has some familiarity with the team and the playbook, so he's definitely an upgrade over guys like Pat White and Dixon. You can't stoop any lower than Pat White right now. Never completed a pass in the regular season, so Tuel actually has more experience than him as an actual NFL quarterback.

Looks like Tuel is starting next week. He's our best chance, and I kid you not.

Tuel showed nothing against Cleveland. White's produced 3 TDs in 4 NFL games which says something. Granted they were from his legs and not his arm but think he's a better option than Tuel but think neither have an NFL future.

That and he could take his opponents "out" like every single adversary he had on the show. His cooking might speed the guys up so much that they can overcome our horrible QB situation right now.

The sad thing is it should've never came down to this. They put all of their eggs in the basket of Kevin Kolb who was lucky to ever stay healthy for a month at a time. That doesn't even make a good backup when that's the case. If they were going to bring Kolb in then they should've also kept Jackson or had another backup plan besides Jeff Tuel.
