All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

To me it seems as if Oakland is the likely landing spot. Buffalo knows this, so they are trying to sweeten the pot one last time before late night kick off out west. They want him locked up before the game.

The only way they could sweeten the deal is if they offer him a guaranteed money for next season at a decent amount of money. The Bucs are already on the hook for his salary the year. His salary will be the minimum this year and the Bucs will be paying him the difference.
I'm not sure if the Bills would want to offer him much of anything beyond this season after drafting Manuel. Not unless they added a year onto the contract and guaranteed part of it. If they didn't keep him then at least he picks up some extra millions in the process. If he plays well then he competes for the starting job next year.
