Just looked... Without actually counting exactly... Looks like well less than 1,000 tix remain.
Jairus Byrd could go a long way toward winning fans back if he threw down 50 large to cover those seats.

I would expect Wegmans or some such to do that.

from 7k to 1k in half a day? i think it probably came from some businesses buying already.

I asked Byrd and he said "it sounds like a good idea but I'm not 100% ready to write the check right now. But it's not like I wish them bad luck selling out or anything"

he said he didnt actually count but he looked ten times and there were a hundred tickets listed so thats ... divide by two, add the quotient, multiply times pi ... one thousand tickets remain

Where did you get that number? Mitch Murray Downtown says the number is 5,300.I went to ticketmaster.com and pretended I wanted to buy tickets. They show available seats... So I scanned the entire stadium and did a solid count of the lower sections... I then applied an appropriate adder based on visual of the upper decks.

I just went to bb.com and looked at the map of available seats. I don't have the time or care enough to count the amount of available seats, but it certainly looks a lot closer to 1,000 than 5,000. I'm guessing it will be a sell out by the extended deadline tomorrow. I don't think they would have granted an extension if they were that far off and didn't think they could sell the remainder. If there are only a couple thousand or less remaining tomorrow, the Bills will probably just buy them and donate them to local charities.

1000 tickets is still a large write off for the penny pinching bills. they'll want another company to come in. At $25k-70k in revenue, its cheap advertising for a local company. and if they can give the tickets away at store, it would drive some foot traffic and recoup some costs.

They are selling the tickets for 15$ each so it would be 15 grand.

Doesn't matter to me anyway. I couldn't care less if they sell out. I will be at the game.

Naples Fla is not Cape Coral Fla or some such bog like that. It is BEAUTIFUL & where the NFL Owners hold their Winter meetings.
