The Bills will be discontinuing the text message alert program in favor of their app.
Sucks, I liked the texts. Twitter was faster though.

Damn! I'm going to miss those alerts...especially with having unlimited texting. It was no big deal.

is this a NFL wide thing? i feel like the NFL is pretty good at keeping teams together on these types of inititiaves. and if its anywhere as good as the sabres app, it'll be good to have.

I was surprised. I had gotten a text about the ticket extension about 10 minutes before the text about the discontinuation came in.

Bills mobile is much better.

My phone sucks, just won't download anymore. Can't save pics and movies to flash drive, so its crippled with baby vids and pics (got my daughter's whole 1st yr). Its memories I have to be VERY careful with. My wireless provider was no help.

Tried. Computer doesn't recognize phone as a device. Droid RAZR M. I'm in a bit of a pickle.

If you really want to save the pics & can't yourself, take the phone to a computer place & have them do it for you.

I'm sure the cost would be minimal.

I liked getting a text telling me I wouldn't get any more texts.

That would be a really useful feature if came from somebody/something worth tuning out... like a bitter ex, that friend with ADHD who does text overkill, or my wireless provider's passive aggressive reminders to pay my bill.
