I think they can put him on the PS because he has not accrued a full season on the 53 man roster.

Pretty sure he's eligible... Question would be, does he clear waivers in order to be put on the PS...?

IIRC, that was one reason they didn't put Tuel on the PS from the get-go... They were afraid he would get picked up off of waivers by another team.

I highly doubt Peyton Tuel will be claimed on waivers. He had 1 good preseason game people.
