    Mic'd up Mario

Bills Focus: Mario Williams Wired for Sound

Listen in to Mario Williams when the Bills faced the Dolphins last Sunday in Miami.

i was hoping they would play the sideline piece where all the defenders were ranking on white williams for not scooping that ball up and getting the easy touchdown

I didn't listen to it but I could imagine hearing him saying " Ref, I'm being held " about 2 dozen times.

I certainly could see it as plain as day on my TV.

Maybe I'm somewhat bias, but I don't think I've ever seen any player held as much as Mario, there's always holding happening throughout the line, but he gets mugged sometimes.
One thing that is great about this video is, you can see how violent it is playing on the line in the NFL, it's like a 2-3 second fight every snap. I love football.

          Re: Mic'd up Mario

Just before Mario went in the game & stripped the Ball from Tannehill, Fred said to him " This is your moment, go make a play".

I LOVE how this team is coming together. Even the 2-14 crowd is starting to shut up.

Bruce Smith...and he complained quite often every game.

Yet both are justified. They're being held so much the zebras actually wait until the most blatant instances happen before calling it.

The Seahawks commit a lot of DPI/holding in the defensive backfield but the refs can't call it every play so they get away with it for most of the game

If somebody didn't like Mario before seeing this video it should have changed their mind. I had the, I could take him or leave him feeling about him but he's really changing my mind with his play this year. I hope Dareus is next.

Dareus, if not the Bills best defender this year, is a damn close second
