Married, no use for bars, I'm 42, not 21. DWI's are not worth it.

I could walk to the bar that's about 5 minutes away and pay $3 per beer or I could just buy a 12 pack for $8 at the store, stay home, drink it in the company of my wife, watching stuff on the DVR.

If money is not an issue, it's Guinness every single time. Love the stout beer the best...Brilliant! Sam Adams comes in second. Love their Cream Stout, but you won't find that on tap anywhere. Coors Light and Bud is a toss-up, but I would take a Coors (not Light) if that was an option.

2. Specialty is Spaghetti carbonara. My dad told me a story his grandpa told him. He said, during WW2, when American soldiers began to occupy Italy, the Italians wanted to do something nice for the Americans oldiers so they tried to make American comfort food. For breakfast, they didn't know what to do. They knew Americans loved bacon, so they got some pancetta, some bacon, eggs and pasta and whipped up a dish called Spaghetti carbonara. The GIs loved it and became a staple during the occupation in WW2. But I make it with bacon because bacon.
