if Enroth played more games. Not that we would have went far, but Enroth has been better for 3 years now. If he was given the chance after that good run and we traded Miller at peak value after Enroth was 9-2-2 4 years ago this team would have been way better.

not even close. there was a time last year enroth was nearly exposed to waivers because his play was so bad. hes gotten in back up thankfully, but he has holes in his game. can he cover for those holes, so far, hes done well, but theres a reason the sabres went out and aquired hackett in the pominville trade (though hackett has struggled so far this year in rochester. though they speculate its because hes ready for NHL action. weird how that works.)

i have no problem with miller being moved and enroth starting. but trading miller 3 years ago and throwing a raw enroth to the wolves is stupid. you risk stunting his development. and weve all seen when miller is on, hes the best in the game (that west coast trip in early 12)

and they werent making the playoffs last year no matter who is in net.

That stretch where the Sabres did not win a game for 11 games with Enroth, his GAA was not bad, and in those 11 games the Sabres had like 17 goals.

GAA is a bad stat to gauge goaltending. enroth is good. hes just not as good as miller.
