Dareus was pretty good other than the penalty where he had a faster step than the other 17 defenders that also jumped. That's as bad a penalty as you can get but I wouldn't say he was ****ty today.

He was typical Dareus made a few plays but the majority of the time was pushed or standing around.

Very much similar to how Ryan Fitzpatrick, a 3rd string journeyman backup QB, wasn't a starter until the Bills anointed him as such. Bills are notorious for taking the cheap and easy route, and it shows.
