<!-- post content -->The Buffalo Bills fans were upset with how EJ Manuel played this week, but one person besides myself felt EJ was decent for what he was dealt.

“Any time that they can get pressure on quarterbacks, especially young ones, it helps you for the rest of the day,” said Roethlisberger. ”Give them and Coach LeBeau a lot of credit for getting after him. E.J. is a good quarterback. He is going to be good.”
Big Ben feels the Bills picked a winner, Bills fans do you see it?

What else is he going to say?

It's like when Belichick constantly talks our players up.

It's like when Belichick constantly talks our players up.Maybe because Belichick knows a little more than we do.

I don't think the first game where NE had a dogfight on their hands and won by the slimest of margins did anything to change his mind.

Big Ben says yes to fully clothed women, some interested, some not... some drunk, some not... He just says yes... Does he know what 'NO" means?

What do you think he's gonna say?

"Damn, I'm glad I'm not a fan of the Buffalo Bills and have to watch that pathetic trash behind center every week?"

These guys simply don't go out and trash each other publicly.

Maybe because Belichick knows a little more than we do.

I don't think the first game where NE had a dogfight on their hands and won by the slimest of margins did anything to change his mind.Belichick has been saying the same thing for years. And he's been owning us for years.

Players and coaches don't just go out of their way to trash other guys in the league.

He is a pretty straight shooter, but I also don't think he's going to say anything that the other team can use for bulletin board material.

BB is a tight lipped guy who says the minimum possible about his own team. He'll talk up someone on the opposition like they're the best player in the NFL.

It's been his M.O. even when he was the Browns H.C.

By "good " I think Ben meant EJ's personality. He's a nice guy.

Ben knows the Bills are an easy out in the AFC as long as EJ continues down this road.

Ah the great Trent Edwards. I remember so many people who made excuses for him would bring this up all the time. He must be good if Bill Walsh said so. Do you really think you know more then Bill Walsh? We heard all of that stuff for a few years.

Even though he is a rookie he hasn't shown anything as of yet. At least you will see almost any QB make some big plays and throws. I can count his great throws this season on one hand.

I'm not giving up on EJ yet and I pray his promise comes to fruition. I also wouldn't be against hedging our bets with drafting some competition for him next year in the 2nd or 3rd round if a decent prospect fell.

And Jim Druckenmiller.

Iron Hokie!
I used to hang with a dude who went to school with Druckenmiller. Said dude was a beast in the weight room, more LB than QB.

And Jim Druckenmiller.

So much for the myth of Bill Walsh being a good talent evaluater

He picked Montana in the third round, picked up Young when his career was in the toilet and designed the offense that is still used today in one form or an other.

Oh yeah, and he amassed the talent that won four Super Bowls.
