I must have been watching that game on a CTV Canadian channel.

Here it says the Lions and Giants game is supposed to be on and it is not.

Yes. A local blackout results in only one early and one late game shown in the blackout teams' tv market.

Yes. A local blackout means that there can be only one early and one late game shown.

In total or per channel?

FOX covers NFC games so the black out of a AFC game should not have effected them.
