Did the Buffalo FOX Channel Really NOT Broadcast a 1:00 or 4:00 PM Game?

Here it says the Lions and Giants game is supposed to be on and it is not.

Yes. A local blackout results in only one early and one late game shown in the blackout teams' tv market.

In total or per channel?

FOX covers NFC games so the black out of a AFC game should not have effected them.
