To my understanding, each writer gets to vote for a certain number of players and the ones who get the most votes are first team while the remainder are second. Manning was unanimous, so there was no 2nd team QB.

Even though this is kind of a popularity contest, it must mean that we need to cut ties with these players post-haste.

Get rid of good players, work on footwork, kick Kiko outside, and so on.
