This could give Bledsoe and his receivers an edge in Sunday's game. Both Moulds and Price tower over this guy.

I say we put Bledsoe out at wide receiver and just throw him jump balls.

6'5" - 5'8" = 9" advantage Bledsoe

I'm sure Bledsoe's -3'' vertical jump would hurt

QB's can't Jump...hey, that would make a great movie title.

Price should have a good day.

What about Jay Riemersma? Let's throw to him a lot and line him up with Carter. He's a pretty tall guy and would burn Carter and the Viking DBs too! :D

If Drew threw high and tall, we would burn the vikes all day- that way Moorman wouldn't need to kick really long and far....:D

I dont think Remersma has the speed to burn anybody.

Not only is Carter short, he's a safety. Tice is switching him because the guy who was playing CB got burned so much last week. Why would a 5'8" guy play safety? Because he doesn't have the speed or cover skills to play CB. The other CB is Chavous who was signed as a free agent because the Vikings agreed to play him at CB instead of safety where his lack of speed is less of a liability. These guys should be mere cinders by the time DB and the receivers are done burning them. The Vike's line is OK but the backers are terrible, so Henry ought to have a field day. On paper, Buffalo should score more than they did vs. the Jets.

Remember watching crap QBs throw ducks to not so great WRs and our weak corners getting burned before? Well this week it is gonna be Miami, but this time it is a good QB and top WRs. Nighty night.

How tall is Antoine Winfield?

Us height challenged folk get offended when people bring up height.

Winfield is 5'9" I thought Winfield's lack of height would be a liability when he came into the league, but most of the time it's not. I really don't want him 1 on 1 with Moss, because at 6'4" with athletic ability Moss would, I fear, overmatch him. But Winfield has good speed, leaping ability, outstanding instincts, and has always played taller than his height. Carter was pretty good in college as a CB but he was no first round draft choice.

This should be fun to watch!

No hot sun for me this week, it's the living room, in front of the new flat screen, a pudgies pizza, and the family!

Should be a blast!

Winfield is only like 5' 8" himself, but he plays like he's a 6' 2" linebacker. I think we got him and Clements because we figured when we do go to the Superbowl, we'll be facing a team like the rams, and will need solid CB's to make them use Faulk.
