All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
This is only a test
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Pepper Johnson excited about getting out of Belichick’s shadow
Pepper Johnson has been linked to Bill Belichick for most of his career in professional football.
“My legs are still shaking a little bit,” Johnson said. “But I’m excited, I’m so excited. I have always been a fan of Doug [Marrone] and the Buffalo Bills, and just getting the opportunity to spread my wings, and to get up from under the shadow of Coach Belichick. So it’s a good thing, a good opportunity.”
Johnson called an eventual move to defensive coordinator “a dream of mine,” but was passed over in favor of Matt Patricia in New England and appears to feel that a lateral move now is the best way to set up a move up the ladder down the road.

anyone who hates belichick and wants to prove him to be an ass is ok in my books. the only problem is no one does it because the pats aren't playing with the same set of rules. so everyone who leaves has a tough time.
that being said, i hope pepper johnson gets to take off in buffalo and snub the crap out of belichick as he runs away from a handshake after a devastating beating.

Maybe he can teach Dareus how to take out Brady just like Wilfork took out Losman. I know it's pipe dream being that it's Marsha.
not hate, but people who respect their mentors rarely say, "move out of the shadow". That suggests that they do a lot of the work and don't get credit for it.
i personally think its all ernie and belichick behind the scenes. that's why they plug and play players and coaches without much drop off over the years.
but pepper johnson always seemed like a good guy during his football playing days. i hope he is the real deal for us
