One arrest for suspicion of DUI does not qualify in my book as a lot of baggage. It is an issue, and any interested team ought to do their due diligence, but I note that the Bills have had some players on that list, including Evan Rodriguez, whom the Bills acquired after his legal troubles. If the Bills think he is a low risk for continuing off field problems, and he can make a positive on field contribution, then absolutely they should consider signing him. They will not be able to fill all their holes with sure thing prospects in the draft.
